Maha Kumbabishekam 2022 | Sri Subramaniar Temple, Tampoi
We recently covered the 3rd Maha Kumbabishekam of Sri Subramaniar Temple, Tampoi, Malaysia. Frankly, this was our very first experience covering an auspicious Kumbabishekam event. The event lasted three days. It's very different from other aspects of the ceremony, where we can't hold the event or even ask the particular pujari (priest) to coordinate with us. We must coordinate with them in and out of the temple and be prepared for whatever may occur. Thank you to my team member, Mr. Naga, for covering the whole ceremony with photography and me with videography. Yes, I didn't shoot this video with any cinematic equipment such as a gimbal, slider, or lighting because of some particular reasons that we have to follow accordingly, yet I tried to shoot the entire video with a handheld monopod.
